WRDC will scale up the STEMforGIRLS Team Building program, which is an empowerment community for female and gender diverse youth to ensure they have equitable access to skills training and confidence to pursue productive STEM-related careers. STEMforGIRLS programs are designed to be available free of charge to all female and gender diverse youth grades 7 to 12 throughout Newfoundland and Labrador in urban, rural, and remote communities.
