Portage la Prairie Revitalization Corporation: Evaluation Report Year 1

Portage la Prairie Revitalization Corporation has collaborated with the Students Commission of Canada (SCC) to capture the outcomes and impacts of Roving Campus, a program spearheaded by Portage la Prairie Revitalization Corporation. Students took part in surveys and a focus group whereas staff members participated in a focus group to provide their thoughts and experiences with the program. Results show that through Roving Campus, Portage la Prairie Revitalization Corporation was successful in encouraging attendance, developing practical life skills, and increasing graduation rates of young people who do not fit into the conventional high school environment.
