TakingITGlobal: Evaluation Report Year 1

TakingITGlobal has collaborated with the Students Commission of Canada (SCC) through its Sharing the Stories (StS) program, which offers customizable evaluation for non-profits serving youth. Together, they are working to ensure that TIG continues to support young learners across Canada. The purpose of this report is to explore youth generativity in the Connected North program. The results show that the Connected North program offers engaging and meaningful learning experiences where participants learn about diverse educational and professional pathways and connect with adult role models across Canada. Through participating in sessions, students also have the opportunities to learn about and develop skills in communication, critical thinking, adaptability, curiosity, creativity, and initiative.
