Career Work in Action: Discussions and Activities for Professionals – Post-Secondary Students

Based on the Guiding Principles of Career Development, this Action Plan provides any professional who delivers career supports with starter questions, practical interventions and fun exercises to apply with post-secondary students. Post-secondary students are defined here as students between the ages of 18-25, who come to post-secondary institutions either directly from high school, or after a gap period of one or two years.
