Empowering Young People of Colour

This toolkit was born out of a series of conversations held by Fully Focused and Taking IT Global that brought POC youth to discuss the Black Lives Matter movement. The toolkit is a self-evaluation toolkit that is 100% youth-curated for community leaders and youth organizations. It provides youth organizations with a framework and multiple approaches to support tackling the issue of racism. It identifies four key priority areas of consideration: (1) Youth Voice & Empowerment, (2) Knowledge & Education, (3) Community Empowerment, and (4) Opportunity & Growth
