League of Innovators has collaborated with the Students Commission of Canada (SCC) through its Sharing the Stories (StS) program, which offers customizable evaluation for non-profits serving youth. Together, they produces this report to evaluate the impact of League of Innovators’ Success Academy program, where participants were given the opportunity to gain the skills, network, experience, and confidence they need to thrive while launching their startups.
The report concludes that the program contributed to young people’s entrepreneurial development by equipping them with real-world examples, foundational knowledge, and inspiration to pursue their vocations. Overall, the Success Academy program was a well-received introduction to entrepreneurship for diverse youth across Canada, with 1 in 5 young people leaving feeling inspired to start their own businesses.
