Success Academy

Success Academy is our free, one-month program that supports youth ages 18–30 in building real-world skills in career development and entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on equity and accessibility. It is designed to empower youth underserved by traditional systems and prepare them for what’s next. The program runs six times per year, through online courses, live virtual sessions, and optional mentorship. For those already providing entrepreneurship programming or who are interested in adding it, LOI can help build capacity by offering access to proven resources they can adapt and customize to their needs.
