This data collection tool was created in consultation with Goss Gilroy Inc. (GGI) for the RHF and its funded partners to measure project outcomes. The tool is designed to be broad enough to serve a range of youth-serving community partners that are not exclusively funded by Catapult. We invite all youth serving organizations to try this tool and provide feedback if possible. We appreciate your comments on the quality of the tool.
