Overview
The Financial Resilience Workshop was a capacity-building learning session designed for Catapult’s grantees following a gathering where grantees expressed a need for financial preparedness and sustainability. In response, the workshop was designed to help organizations strengthen financial resilience and reduce reliance on short-term, restricted funding.
Grantees were invited to attend the virtual workshop, where they learned about different funding models and were equipped with a toolkit to assist in financial planning.
The Financial Resilience workshop and toolkit were co-developed by Jack Aude Pichette (CCBI) and Janine Ayoub (YAMM Services Inc. / Platform), who bring complementary expertise in fundraising strategy and nonprofit financial management.
